We understand the many decisions you have when it comes to choosing a health care provider, and we recognize, appreciate, and respect the trust you have placed in us to care for you and your family. In order to serve you better, please review the following policies and guidelines when visiting our practice.
We are open Monday – Friday to answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:
Monday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Tuesday: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Thursday: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
We are closed for lunch Tuesday through Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.
If you arrive 15 minutes late or more to your appointment, you will be given one of the following options:
– You may reschedule the appointment.
– Wait for a same-day opening in the schedule that will permit the scheduled work to be completed.
– If possible, a portion of the scheduled work will be completed during the remaining appointment time.
We ask that you please be respectful of your dentist’s time and attention. We appreciate your understanding in helping us run on schedule and enabling us to see all of our patients on time.
At Swords Family Dentistry, we want to be available for your needs and the needs of all our patients. When a patient does not show up for an appointment, another patient loses an opportunity to be seen. We respectfully ask for scheduled appointments to be canceled at least 48 hours in advance. We understand that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, but we ask for your support as a courtesy to all of our patients. A $50 fee will be applied for cancellation notices less than 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.
Continued broken appointments may result in our no longer being able to provide care for you. We provide reminder calls before your appointment as a courtesy, but not receiving a reminder call does not excuse a missed appointment. You are responsible for remembering scheduled appointments.
